We know that it it underground(dur), and that it is probably hidden in two vaults.   1. News flash. Almost exactly after I published this page my brother found a piece of evidence that states" In all probability the library is located under the Kremlin." until this point I had thought that it was located under the Library of Moscow of St. Basil's Cathedral.

  2. News flash. When the Byzantines gave them the library Russia was referred to as Muscovy,which is basically Moscow. So the library could me any where in Russia, or at least the area that Russia occupied at the time of Ivans death.
